This dinner show is not only an affectionate look back at the traditional Chinese banquet etiquette, but also a modern interpretation of the profound heritage of Bayu culture. Here, every guest becomes a witness of history, dialogues with the heroes of the ages, and attends a feast spanning a thousand years.
From the spatial layout to the stage design, to the dining etiquette and the presentation of dishes, all reveal ingenuity. Inside the restaurant, the traditional round or square dining table layout is abandoned, and the palace pattern of the ancient emperors entertaining ministers is adopted. In the middle is a T-shaped stage, surrounded by staggered dining tables on three sides, so that diners can enjoy the food while watching the wonderful performances up close. As the melodious ancient music sounded, actors in ancient costumes slowly stepped onto the stage. They used dance as a wedge and food as a medium to perfectly integrate Hanfu culture, food culture, ritual music and dance show, bringing guests an all-round, multi-sensory immersive experience.
